“Everything Old is Newt Again” - Archie Sonic Archives Volume 5
So fun fact, this is a “lost story”. Meaning it was scripted and penciled but never it made to publication for whatever reason. Until it was finally printed in the Sonic Archives, before copyrights debunked the series.
I’m including it here for two reasons.
First, it supports my headcannon that Bunnie’s favorite sport is football.
(well looky there, Antoine’s wearing pants! He looks good in pants. Also, Sally’s coloring is weird. )
The second reason is because this story finally remembers that Bunnie is a super strong cyborg who can fight.
Sadly though she loses.
To be fair though, this is no ordinary badnik. This is a recurring villain who originally was defeated by Super Sonic. Here he has energy absorption powers. So Rotor literally “reverses the polarity of the neutron flow” and saves the day by shrinking him.
