”Panic in the Sky” - Sonic & Knuckles
I’m baaaack! Seems like it’s been forever since I’ve done one of these, hasn’t. Hopefully, I won’t be as busy these coming weeks and I can really make a dent in this marathon.
So there’s not much to discuss with this issue. I just wanted to point it out because we finally get Antoine in the pilot’s seat again.
Looks like he got over his temporary fear of heights and hopefully it’ll stay that way.
So why is Ant flying today? Well, turns out someone has high jacked the floating island and Sonic and co. are trying to figure out who and why. *cough* Robotnik *cough*
Twan shows off his phenomenal piloting skills and then drops off Tails and Sonic. Thus ending his part of the adventure.
The rest of the day is saved by Knuckles, Sonic, and Tails. Mainly cause this is an adaptation of Sonic & Knuckles minus the Death Egg.
In addition we also get two more stories featuring Knuckles, both setting up Penders infamous run with the character. They’re mostly inconsequential. One’s a run around that hints towards the larger story arc and the other is just an average day on the island showing Kunx’s usual routine.
